Hotel Partner Terms & Conditions
Terms for hotels, resorts and venues that offer day experiences through the 1DAY platform.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These Hotel Partner Terms & Conditions apply to hotels, resorts and venues (each a “Partner” or “Provider”) that list and sell day experiences through the 1DAY platform. They are in addition to any separate partner agreement entered into between the Partner and the platform operator.
1DAY is the trading name used for this platform. The legal entity operating the platform will be identified in the applicable legal documentation once formally established. In this document, “1DAY”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the 1DAY platform, and “you” refers to the user of the platform.
1. The platform’s role
1DAY provides a marketplace that lets customers discover and book day experiences offered by Partners. The platform facilitates bookings between the Partner and the customer; the Partner delivers the experience.
2. Listings and information
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — including descriptions, images, inclusions, restrictions, prices and conditions of entry — and for keeping them up to date. Listings must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
3. Availability
Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate availability so that bookings are only taken for capacity they can host. Partners should manage their availability promptly to avoid overbooking.
4. Honouring bookings
Partners must honour confirmed bookings and provide the experience as described. If a Partner is unable to deliver a confirmed experience, the Partner must inform the platform promptly so the customer can be supported, including arranging a refund where appropriate.
5. Pricing and commercial terms
Partners set the prices shown for their experiences. Commercial terms between the Partner and the platform operator — including any commission, fees, payment handling and settlement — are set out in the applicable partner agreement. (Commercial terms, commission and settlement are defined in the partner agreement and require business and legal confirmation.)
6. Partner responsibilities
- Deliver experiences safely and to the standard described, in line with applicable laws.
- Hold the licences, permits and insurance required for their operations.
- Treat customers fairly and handle on-site issues professionally.
- Comply with these terms, the partner agreement and applicable law.
7. Customer data
Partners receive the customer and booking details needed to deliver an experience and must use that information only for that purpose, keep it secure, and handle it in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Partners set the cancellation terms shown to customers before booking. Cancellations and refunds are handled in line with those terms and the platform’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
The platform operator may suspend or remove a listing or a Partner’s access where there is a breach of these terms or the partner agreement, a legal or safety concern, or suspected fraud or abuse, in accordance with the partner agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
