How do I search for an experience?
Use the search on the homepage or the search page. Choose a destination, a date and the number of guests to see participating venues and their day experiences.
How do I make a booking?
Open a listing, review the inclusions, price and the venue’s terms, then enter your guest and contact details and confirm. See How 1DAY works for a full walkthrough.
How does booking confirmation work?
When your booking is placed you receive a unique booking reference that identifies your reservation. Keep it — you may be asked to present it at the venue on the day.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment options available to you are shown during booking. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). For more detail, see the Payment Policy.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Each experience has its own cancellation terms, set by the venue and shown before you book. Any refund is handled according to those terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. To request a change or cancellation, contact support with your booking reference.
What if the venue cannot provide the booked experience?
If a participating venue is unable to provide a confirmed experience, contact us with your booking reference and we will help resolve the situation, including arranging a refund of amounts paid for the affected booking where appropriate, in line with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
How do I manage my booking?
If you booked while signed in, you can view your bookings from your account. For any change, cancellation or question, contact support and quote your booking reference.
Who is responsible for the experience — 1DAY or the venue?
1DAY is a marketplace that connects customers with participating venues. The day experience itself is provided by the venue you book with, and is subject to that venue’s terms. See the Terms & Conditions for how responsibilities are divided.
